Courts will decide whether you have the rights to your personal image

If someone distributed a photo of you and gave away commercial rights and corporations started using it, do you have any rights to your photo? Courts will soon be making a decision on whether someone needs permission to use your photo for commercial purposes or not, even if protected by Creative Commons. Personal images are up for grabs!
